Cancellation Policy

Lodging may be dropped up to 90 days prior to departure with a $150 penalty. Between 89 and 60 days a $500. cancellation fee will be charged.

Between 59 days and departure date the trip is non-refundable.

Trip cancellation insurance is available and highly recommended Insurance Available

If you don't have a roommate, we will do everything we can to connect you with a roommate, but if we cannot find you one, you will have to pay for the single supplement.

Cancellation Policy 

Airline seats and Lodging may be dropped up to 90 days prior to departure with $150 penalty. 

Between 159 and 90 days a $300. cancellation fee will be charged.

Between 89 and 60 days a $500. cancellation fee will be charged. 

Between 59 days and departure date the trip is non-refundable. 

Name changes as they appear on Government ID’s are due 60 days prior to Departure. 

In addition to the above fees name changes received within 60 days of departure are subject to a $150 fee per person.
